    Event Description:

While pursuing an athletic training degree in college, Tianna began to struggle with coursework for the first time in her academic career. Upon following her heart and switching her major to communication, she immediately recognized the critical role “soft skills” play in opening doors and paving the path toward success for both students and those in the workforce.

“As Miss Wisconsin, it is my mission to help people of all ages become the “boss” of their future. In sharing my college tribulations and the eight-year journey I embarked on to capture the state title, I expand on the useful skills I have learned and implemented successfully along the way. I discuss the importance of a first impression, refining communication skills, and focusing on tangible relationships that help foster growth in educational settings and the workforce.” -Tianna
