About Us
In 1933 a Real Estate and Insurance business opened its doors in Wisconsin Rapids under the leadership of Valentine Siewert. Fast forward to 1953 when John Siewert joined his father Val in the business and took over the reins in 1956. In 1978, John “JR” Siewert returned to the Wisconsin Rapids area to grow and develop the Real Estate division of the now 3rd generation company. JR saw the growth of franchise real estate companies as an opportunity to bring more services to clients and customers….so in 1983 the Siewerts’ associated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate as an affiliate office. Our association with Coldwell Banker has allowed us to retain our local roots, but have national and worldwide brand recognition…which has proven to be invaluable to our customers and clients.
