WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Mid-State Technical College Cosmetology students will again share their hair-cutting skills with the community with free haircuts and a lot of fun at the College’s Cuts for Kids event. The event takes places in Mid-State’s Wisconsin Rapids gymnasium and on-campus salon on Tuesday, Dec. 4, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Attendees will enjoy free haircuts for kids and much more, including community resources for families in need, free food, Christmas cookie decorating, hands-on activities related to Mid-State programs, a game area and a chance to meet Santa.
