Patients of the new Aspirus Riverview Clinic – Adams will be cared for by Family Nurse Practitioner Jill Bohn-Wolfe, FNP-BC, IBCLC. Bohn-Wolfe cares for patients of all ages and takes a special interest in lactation and adolescent health.
“I’m passionate about preventive health and empower patients to live their healthiest, happiest life,” said Bohn-Wolfe. “I enjoy providing evidence-based educational resources for patients and families to make well-informed decisions.”
Bohn-Wolfe earned her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified from Concordia University in Mequon and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. In her leisure time, Bohn-Wolfe enjoys stand up paddleboarding, camping, and adventures with her husband, children and three golden retrievers.

Located at 419 N. Oak Street in Adams, Aspirus Riverview Clinic – Adams opens January 14. Everyone is invited to the clinic’s grand opening on Thursday, January 10. The celebration will include self-guided tours and light refreshments from 3:30 to 5:30 pm and a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 pm. Equipped to provide the full continuum of care – from primary care to specialty outreach services – the 7,500-square-foot clinic includes eight exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a laboratory and imaging services.
