    What we’re looking for:  
    Now hiring for the position of SALES SUPPORT AGENT.
    This position will provide support to the Sales Agent and Company Manager including administrative support, inside sales and customer service.  We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Support Agent to assist in promoting our products and services. The objective is to support the sales of overhead doors and operators and the installation of these products in commercial and residential settings.  If you are energetic, like working with people and helping to solve problems and can handle a fast paced environment come check us out!

    Responsibilities will include:
    • Greet and address walk-in customers/inquires
    • Answer sales calls and general inquiries
    • Obtain necessary information to properly assess needs and prescribe the most appropriate product for each application
    • Prepare proposals/estimates/information for potential customers and clients in a timely manner.
    • Complete Sale/Ordering/Installation Process following Company Procedures with accuracy
    • Monitoring in-process orders to ensure on-time delivery and installation
    • Maintain efficient computer skills in Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
    • Preparing sales reports for management
    • Other duties as assigned 
    Position Requirements/Qualifications:
    A successful Support Agent will possess the following:
    • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
    • Good listening skills and attention to details
    • Pleasant personality for phone sales
    • A positive attitude, enthusiasm and ambition to succeed
    • At least three (3) years of customer service experience
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Ability to work with others and/or independently
    • A commitment to great customer service
    • General product knowledge and/or the willingness and ability to learn it quickly
    • Computer skills for order entry and system inquiries
    • Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel
    • Experience within the construction industry, building materials, appliance installation or retail is highly desired but not required.
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to lift 50lbs.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens
