About Us

Blue Collar Consulting provides consultation and leadership development services to both individuals and organizations. We are a start-up boutique consulting firm that focuses on serving the comprehensive needs of businesses in the full range of the business cycle. We specialize in transforming companies that are interested in creating a resilient and thriving culture. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted labor markets globally and companies have been struggling with hiring and retaining employees. The need for trauma-informed training and processes is making its way to the spotlight after several recent events and we aim to be prepared to fill that need.

Our services are available virtually, in person and/or both. Some of our services include Professional Development Coaching Sessions, a 3-Month Professional Development Coaching Package, Organizational Change Management, Trauma-Informed Coaching & Training, Tailored Workplace Wellbeing Program Development & Implementation, Seminars & Personalized Presentations, and Webinars.

Our goal is to provide individuals and businesses with custom solutions to help clarify their vision, identify/overcome obstacles, and reach their maximum potential. We will work closely with each client to gather data on their current circumstances and determine how our services may be of benefit to them. Once a plan of action is established, we will provide training, resources and advice to guide the client through their transformation.
