Circle of Care Series
In this series, you will have the chance to explore your feelings, thoughts, stories, and ability to communicate more clearly if you or a loved one is faced with a life-threatening illness. You can choose to participate in one, two or all three of these offerings that are meant to logically flow together.  The only cost to you is your time, effort and willingness to grow and create new pathways for yourself or for those you love.  Each offering involves a commitment to 5 one-hour sessions over a 5-week period.  Join us in an experience that could change how you think about and deal with life.
Journey of the Heart ? An experience to help you to better deal with life threating illnesses in your life.  In this journey, you will use your feelings and thought to develop skills to more easily navigate the with-water of tough times.

Critical Conversations ? An experience to help you to more clearly think about and to better ask questions concerning medical decision you may need to consider if you or your loved one is faced with a life-threatening illness.

All Sessions are 1 hour in Length; Sessions are limited to 12 people per session ? please email Jessica Maurer at jmaurer@nshorehc.com to get register! You may also call 715-886-2206. The initial session will be scheduled for 6 PM.  If there is a need for 2 separate sessions, we will be scheduled one at 4 PM & one at 6 PM. Call today!
