    WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Mid-State Technical College’s Board of Directors adopted its 2018–19 budget following a public hearing during their June 18 meeting in Wisconsin Rapids. Sixty-eight golfers on 17 teams teed-off at SentryWorld Golf Course for a circus-themed round of 18 holes and a great cause.
