(Wood & Marathon Counties) Prevail Bank donated $7,000 to the nonprofit, Mary’s Place of Central Wisconsin, to build and furnish an onsite laundry room in their new 11 apartment transitional housing building that includes four 2-bedroom and seven 1-bedroom apartments in Wisconsin Rapids for the homeless.Transitional housing is a place where individuals and families live temporarily (an average of 6 months) and have access to case management services for employment, mental health and substance use treatment
