    Gov. Tony Evers today announced more than $100 million in investments aimed at providing additional economic stabilization for small businesses and communities hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.     Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) has been made aware that Gov. Tony Evers plans to release the names of more than 1,000 businesses on Friday that have had two or more employees test positive for COVID-19 since Spring. This comes after Gov.
